Terms and Conditions
As you are about to place your order with Cranberry Corporate, here are our
guidelines.

1. Order Placing
   All Orders are to be placed through email or an official Purchase Order
   Request.
   We request that you state Item Code, Quantities required, colour and the
   Branding method required.
2. Logos to be Branded must be attached in Vector Format ie Ready to
   print file like CDR / .EPS / .AI / and high resolution pdf .All fonts must be
   converted to curves to avoid font substitutions. If logo is not in correct
   format a Redraw Fee of R380 will be charged
3. We will then send you a layout for approval. Kindly check spellings,
   colour, quantity are all correct and once signed we will proceed with
   PRINTING
4. Please note we work strictly on a COD , all Orders require a 60% Deposit
   and Full Balance on Collection.
5. Please note our LEAD TIMES are from 3-7 working days from receipt of a
   Deposit and Layout Approval.Bulk Orders may require longer
   Production Periods, kindly check with us how long production will take .
6. Order Cancellations We Do Not accept returns or cancellations on
   branded stock once client has approved artwork as per layout provided.
   We do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not
   reported within 24 hours of client receiving Order.
7. Refunds and returns, we will accept returns only on unbranded items and will issue a refund withon 7 days. No refund will be madeon Branded items or Used by the client
